Thanks to yesterdays AME concerts' great audience for joining! Pianist Dr. Peter Brugger performed Debussy pieces for children together with a live on-stage workshop with the kids! He showed how to introduce a piece like "Debussy's Sunken Cathedral" to children and let them experience the pieces "bell" motive as well as the pieces "legend of the sunken cathedral"-content through movement, theatrical playing and the use of special montessori instruments. After the concert the children did their own "belltower" craft to take home with! Looking forward to our next AME concert in March - details will follow soon!
